1. Who we are

luluandhunq.com is the online store of LULU & HUNQ, run by Whitefield Trends LLP, a limited liability partnership (“we”, “us”), Ground Floor, Backside Portion, House No. 72, Block WZ, Village Todapur, New Delhi, Delhi 110012. Our full seller details are on our contact information page.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, our shipping policy and our returns, refunds and cancellations policy.

2. Ordering

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• Please give correct contact and delivery details; we use them to deliver and to reach you.
• We sell for personal use and gifting, not for resale, and may decline orders that look like bulk buying for resale.
• Your order is confirmed when you see the confirmation page and receive our confirmation message. We confirm cash-on-delivery orders with you on WhatsApp before we ship them.

3. Our products

• Our perfumes are eaux de parfum, for external use only. Each product page shows the MRP, net quantity, maker and country of origin.
• Photos can look slightly different on your screen, and a scent smells a little different on everyone: skin, weather and mood all play a part.
• The notes describe how a scent smells; they aren’t an ingredient list. Ask us for the full ingredient list.
• Perfume contains alcohol and is flammable. Keep it away from flames, eyes and children, and patch-test first if you have sensitive skin.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST (MRP incl. of all taxes).
• Delivery and cash-on-delivery fees are shown in your bag before you pay. The total at checkout is the total you pay; nothing is added later.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, razorpay.com/support): UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallet. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We don’t take recurring payments.
• Cash on delivery is available where our courier offers it, for the fee shown before you order (see our shipping policy).
• Charged twice, or charged without an order? Write to us first. You can also raise a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll tell you before dispatch; you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Offers and codes

Offers and discount codes run for the period shown and can’t be exchanged for cash. Unless an offer says otherwise, one code per order.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates; our shipping policy has the details. We’re responsible for your parcel until it’s delivered to you.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel before dispatch at no charge. Returns, replacements and refunds follow our returns, refunds and cancellations policy. If we cancel an order, we refund anything you paid, in full.

8. Reviews

• Reviews must be honest and about your own experience.
• By posting a review (words and photos), you let us show it on our website under the name you gave, for as long as it’s published. Ask us and we’ll take it down.
• We don’t edit what you write. We may hold back reviews that are abusive, off-topic or share someone’s personal details.
• We’ll ask you separately before using your review or photo anywhere else, such as in an ad.

9. Our brand

LULU & HUNQ, our scent names, logo, photos, videos and words belong to us. Please don’t copy them or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, fake orders or fake reviews. We may block access or cancel orders that break these terms.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, including your right to file a complaint with the consumer commission where you live, the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction. Please tell us about any problem first; most are fixed quickly. See our grievance officer page.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you place an order applies to that order.
