Shipping and delivery

Dispatch
Orders placed by 11 am, Monday to Friday, leave us the same day; orders placed later leave on the next working day. We don’t dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays. Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout for your delivery date. Festive seasons, bad weather or courier disruptions can add a few days; if that happens, we’ll keep you posted.
We deliver within India only.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is free on orders of ₹1,899 or more.
- Below that, delivery costs ₹99.
- Every charge shows in your bag before you pay, and the total at checkout is the total you pay.
Cash on delivery
- Cash on delivery is available wherever our courier offers it; checkout tells you if your pincode qualifies.
- Cash on delivery is part-payment: you pay ₹500 online when you place the order and the rest in cash at the door. The amount due at the door is shown before you place the order.
- Cash on delivery isn’t available on an order of a single ₹490 mini.
- We WhatsApp you to confirm every cash-on-delivery order before it ships. If we can’t confirm it with you, we may cancel it.
- Please pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery agent.
Tracking
We ship through Shiprocket, which assigns a courier company to each parcel. Once your order ships, you’ll get the courier’s tracking link, and you can track your order here with your order number and phone number.
Getting it to you
- Check your address and phone number at checkout: the courier calls that number if they can’t find you.
- Spotted a mistake? Message us before dispatch and we’ll fix it.
- If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we’ll contact you to sort it out.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
Tell us within 3 days of delivery, with photos or a video. Everything else is in our returns, refunds and cancellations policy.
